B100-30/40T Banknote Bander  



View Large Image 		The B100-30/40T automatic banknote Banding Machine is specifically designed for banding 100 loose banknotes with thermoband paper Polyethylene (PE) coated band, in either the optional 30mm, or the 'Standard Model' of 40mm width material. This small footprint, medium weight unit, operates at up to 17 Bands per Minute, (depending upon the application and loop size), so it is suitable for all busy banding applications. Robustly constructed within the EEC, holding 'CE' Approval, with user adjustable sealing temperature and band tension, the banding process is activated by either a Hand Switch or a Photo Cell.

B200-30/40T Banknote Bander  



View Large Image 		The B200-30/40T automatic banknote Banding Machine also duplicates the function of the smaller B100-30/40T unit, in that it can band 100 loose banknotes, but it can also function to strap 10 of the pre-packaged 100 banknote bundles, to become 1,000 banknote bundles, so ideal for typical vault operations. The machine can operate with thermoband PE paper band, or Polypropylene (PP), in either 30mm or 40mm widths, as this unit is quickly mechanically adjustable, by the user, to operate with either Banding material widths. This heavyweight unit operates at up to 20-24 Bands per Minute, (depending upon the application and loop size). It too is robustly constructed within the EEC, holding 'CE' Approval, with user adjustable sealing temperature and band tension, the banding process is activated by a Hand Switch, a Photo Cell, or the optional Foot Switch.

Optionally, a separate Foot Switch activation device is available. Additionally, by special order, pre-printed Band material is available.


CCE-3/4 Banknote Bander  



View Large Image 		Providing paper straps of either 30, or 40mm width (model dependant), this is the ideal machine for medium volume applications. Upon insertion of the bundle into the front of the unit, the machine automatically applies a paper band securely around the narrow dimension of the notes; the paper band position itself can be altered from two positions across the length of the bundle. Production speeds of 40 bundles per minute are normal.

As an option, the paper tape can be printed with the bank logo and a signature/date box, by request.
