This
model was introduced because it has an option
that enables it to detect not only the short dimension
on a note but also the long, a desirable feature
as the large denomination Euro notes have the
same short dimension and it would, for example,
be possible to count a 100 Euro note as 500!
This feature
also introduced the capability of mixed value counting
as the value of a note can be assigned by its
dimensions. The overall total and a breakdown
showing the number of each denomination is displayed.
The information can be stored in memory and totals
read or printed.
The unit can
be programmed for any currency, except those like the USA,
where all the notes have the same long and short
dimensions.
It also has
three speeds available.
Options:
• UV Counterfeit Detection
• Magnetic Ink Counterfeit Detection (for US$)
• Long Dimension Size Detection - The optional long
dimension size detection, coupled with standard
short dimension detection, makes mixed value counting
possible so long as each denomination has one
unique dimension
• Computer and printer interface
• Remote Count Display
